Hi Matthew,
We do have a 5,200 lb Dexter axle that has an 86-1/2" hub face to hub face measurement with the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles - 86-1/2" Long - 5,200 lbs # 8327816 or one with hubs and electric brakes, part # 8327816-EB.
However, the axle has spring seats that are 71-1/2" apart, and not the 68-1/2" you need, so you'd have to have new spring seats welded on with the Spring Seat for Typical 5,200-lb to 7,200-lb, Round Trailer Axles with 3" Diameter # TRSS300.
Having to have new spring seats welded on isn't uncommon though, as finding exact replacements for axle lengths can be difficult.
