I can help you troubleshoot, Patrick!

Your Lippert PSX1 Stabilizer Jacks, replaced by the Lippert # LC369774, has a few reasons why it might stop working:

1 - Too much weight (circuit will reset in 10 seconds)
2 - Low Voltage (test battery voltage under load)
3 - Damaged or disconnected wiring (check wiring and repair/replace)

You should still be able to use the manual override just fine, but if none of this fixes the issue let me know and I can continue to help you troubleshoot.

Jon, one of my Lippert PSX1 stabilizers won't either manually or elrctronically. The crank won't turn in either direction when I try to crank it. Any suggestions?

@Robert If the jack won't move either by hand or electronically, then it means you've got something seized up that you'll need to loosen up. Look at all of the moving parts and see if anything looks rusty or damaged. If you do, let me know what it is and I can see if we have a replacement part for you. Worst case is replacing the whole jack with the kit # LC369774, but hopefully you can loosen some parts up or replace just a few things.

@JonG I removed the motor and now the jack manually cranks with no problem. Would you give me a part number for the PSx1 motor (front stabilizer) and for a drill adaptor for the hand crank?

@Robert It's good to hear that you don't need a whole new jack system! The C-800 Replacement Klauber Motor # LC138445 is if you have an Ultra-Fab motor, and the Replacement Electric RV Stabilizer Jack Motor # LC352338 is what you need if you don't have the Ultra-Fab branded motor. Lippert has both listed as a replacement for the PSX1 so just check the brand of the motor and choose the correct one from there! There aren't any drill adapters to sub for the Manual Crank Handle # LC119226, but you can make it work if you're able/willing to modify the manual handle.
