One QandA sates that the A01-1117VP can tolerate an input pressure up to 265 psi, while another states that 100 psi may have damaged the regulator. What is the true maximum input pressure?

Andres, the Valterra Adjustable Water Regulator for RVs # A01-1117VP will display pressure up to 160 PSI, but Valterra only recommends going up to 60 PSI.
