Hi Jeff; assuming 3tubes meant 3" axle tubes/axle diameter you can use the Demco Trailer Brake Mounting Flange # DM52415 for 3" axles. However, if those bearing measurements are correct it indicates you have a # LM48548 inner bearing. We don't carry any hubs that use this bearing. I will also need to know the axle capacity to find the right brake assemblies.
The closest thing we have for a hub and drum is the # 8-407-5UC3-EZ which uses the # L68149 outer bearing with a 1.378" inner diameter and the # LM67048 inner bearing with a 1.25" ID. You might want to double check the outer bearing measurement with a digital caliper # PTW80157 to see if it matches. Then again, even if that is correct this uses a 10-19 grease seal and your measurement sounds like the # 10-40.
Are your axle tags still on the axle and readable? If you have the serial number and manufacturer name that will help find the rest of the parts needed. If you have some really old axles that could explain the bearing combination in which case replacement might be the only option.

Hey Jeff, were you able to check your axle tags or confirm the bearing sizes with a digital caliper? Knowing what you found could help others trying to match older axle parts. Your update could make it easier for the next person working on a similar trailer setup.
