Does Lippert Offer a Replacement Control Pad For Their Smart Jack Trailer Tongue Jack?
Updated 02/03/2026 | Published 07/10/2024 >
Question:
We have the 3500 lb. Smart Jack. The plastic overlay for the buttons came off. Weve been using it without the plastic overlay but now one of the plastic buttons are missing. Is it possible to get a new plastic button for down and the plastic overlay that covers the buttons?

Unfortunately Cheryl, Lippert does not offer any replacement controls for their Smart Jack # LC643589. You would have to get a new jack unless you can find a used control panel or cover from a jack with a bad motor.
