Hey Steve, thanks for reaching out!
Your Brinkley Z3100 5th wheel should have a 17-1/2" wheel size which means you should be using 9/16" or 5/8" studs.
The Lionshead Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - 9/16"-18 - Stainless Steel # LHLR110 works with a 7/8" socket which is pretty close to 22mm. The ultimate deciding factor though is for you to figure out what size studs you have and we can go from there.

Hey Steve, did you get a chance to check which stud size your Brinkley Z3100 uses? Once you confirmed that, were the Lionshead stainless steel lug nuts a good match? Your update could make it easier for others working on similar 5th wheels.
