Which Way Does Open Side Face When Installing the Replacement Bearing for Jacks

Question:
Is replacement bearing TJA-2000S-BR installed on the screw open side up or open side down. I wasnt paying attention on disassembly.

The open side of the Replacement Bearing for etrailer and Ram Round, Sidewind Jacks # TJA-2000S-BR (see attached photo) will be facing the threads of the internal screw.
