Replacement Furrion Chill HE RV Zone Controller

Question:
I have a Furrion FACR15HESA-PS and the fan completely stopped during the night. Switched to fan only and still would not work. Checked capacitors and both were okay. I looked at the controller FACC10ESSA-BL and two of the wires were burnt. RV is 1 year old. Have you seen this issue in other units? Assume a replacement of the controller will do the trick, but just concerned that this may be a recurring problem. Thanks!

Hey Rob, so I wouldn't say that frying Furrion Chill HE controllers like the part # FR43PR (correct replacement for you) is common at all so I would wonder if you had some power issues at a campsite recently?
