Do you sell light mounting brackets for this fender? Or do I just drill the fender to mount lights?

Hey Ben,
Trailer fender clearance lights are typically mounted to the fender # HP92VR using self-tapping screws and then the wiring is also typically ran through a hole in the fender down to the bottom of the trailer to connect to the tail light wiring. If your don't already have your clearance lights picked out then you can use ones like the Optronics # OPT49FR.
