What is the length of the mounting plate and the center to center dimensions between the mounting holes?

Standard 3". All A-Frame mounted jacks like the etrailer Round A-Frame Jack item # TJA-5000-B, use the same 3" mounting hole bolt pattern. In other words, the mounting holes are a universal size and pattern so that any A-Frame jack will fit into any A-Frame jack mount. As long as your trailer has an A-Frame jack mount, this jack will fit.
