I recommend using the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2 as there are no custom fit towing mirror extensions I can find for your 2023 Ford Explorer. I like the CIPA as these have a simple strap system making it easy to use and should something happen to one of the mirrors you can get a Single Mirror # 7070 or Replacement Straps # 11952STRAP.
