There are a lot of kayak carriers that fit the TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX96NV so there isn't a specific list I can offer. I can give you some options though depending on they style and price you're wanting.
For a J-style carrier, the etrailer Kayak Carrier # e98878 is a good economical option, while the Kuat Class 4 V2 Kayak Carrier # KU53VR costs a bit more, but is easier to use and looks nicer. The etrailer carrier uses twist clamps to install on the bars, while the Kuat has a strap you tension, and even comes with locks to secure it to your truck.
Another option is a saddle-style carrier, which allows you to carry your kayak flat instead of on its side like the J-style carriers. The more economical option for this is the Rhino-Rack Nautic Kayak Carrier # RR570, with the more premium option being the LockRack Kayak Carrier # LR24VR.
