Question:
Hello, I am looking for a custom wiring harness for a 2023 Ford F 150 without LED Tail Lights that would plug into the tail lights to power a led tail gate bar light. I do not want to cut any wires, so I need something that will plug into the tail lights so I do not get the trailer attached message on the truck.

The only possible option we have that would work with your 2023 Ford F-150 without LED's is the Curt item # C75WR. This custom fit T-connector plugs in behind your tail lights but only works if your truck came from the factory with a 7-way connector.

The truck has big the 7 and the 4 plug. I need to get away from using the factory plug so that the truck does not think it has a trailer connected, and the backup camera and blind spot indicators will work. That's why I want to pull off of the tail lights. This looks like it is too add the 4 flat to the 7.
