Can 2017 Grand Design Have 154" Slide Topper on Slide Out With Awning

Question:
Hello, I have a 2017 GD Reflection 307MKS. It has a large slide on the right side that has an awning on it. I want to put a 154 slide topper on that slide out but the awning is in the way. Ive heard you can attach a slide topper to the T Molding with some special plate? Is this true? Do you sell the adapters with the slide topper? Do you have a video of anyone installing one of these on the awning side? I cant seem to locate one. Thank you for your time, Paul

Hello Paul,
Good question, and you can actually install the slide topper on the T-molding of your 2017 Grand Design Reflection, per the manufacturer. There isn't a separate adapter, it's just a mounting bracket kit that actually comes with the slide topper. For your 154 inch slide the correct slide topper is the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000168109.
