The TruRyde Electric Trailer Brakes # TRU36FR will fit your 2005 Nash 21-5 as long as it has the 4-bolt mounting pattern and uses a 10" x 2-1/4" drum.
I wasn't able to find specifics on your axle, but you should be able to locate this pretty easily on your 5th wheel.
