Will this fit a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500? and can I use both the 7 way and 4 way at the same time? The 7 way for truck camper and the 4 way for trailer?

Randy, first yes the Curt Replacement OEM USCAR Trailer Connector # C42JR will fit your 2024 GMC Sierra 2500. Second, yes you can use a 7-Way and 4-Way at the same time as long as you're not overloading the light circuits.
If your camper has a lot of outside lighting like running lights, and brake/stop/turn lights then the lights that do the same functions on your boat trailer might be a little dim, or the fuses might blow on those circuits.
