Lippert Smart Jack With Intermittent Electronic Issues Not Allowing Jack To Travel Up or Down

Question:

I have a Lippert ~3500LB Smart Jack which has intermittent problems. Randomly the smart jack tongue light will come on and go off. When that happens the up and down jack dont work. the panel light just flashes and he smart jack does not mover up and down. Can you help answer that question or direct me to a resource that can answer that question. also, does eTrailer sell Lippert smart jack of the same model ~3500LBS. thx joe butz

We do carry the Lippert Smart Jack # LC643589. As Lippert does not offer any of the replacement components inside the head you will need to replace the jack. I would first check to see if the jack is under warranty or if the trailer carries a warranty which will cover the replacement of the jack.
