Question:
Just replaced brakes and hubs on camper but brakes barely work. I’ve adjusted and still same. Where do I check voltage to make sure getting full power to each brake? I got around 10 volts to each one measuring from where the brakes are connected when installing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Cody, make sure the gauge wire that runs to the brake assemblies is 10 gauge like the part # 10-1-1 which we sell by the foot. You also might need to burnish in your new assemblies and drums. To do that take your brake controller and set it to max and then find an area without a lot of traffic and get up to 40 mph and use only the manual override lever of your controller to slow the trailer down to 20 mph. Do this around 10 times and they should start grabbing harder.
