Sandra, I did some digging around and it doesn't actually look like Malone offers the replacement lock covers for their AirFlow2 crossbars # MPG216. It looks like those locks are integrated with the towers, and the towers aren't sold separately, so if you need a replacement you'd have to replace the entire bar, unfortunately.

The 815 part number is for a version of the Hull-A-Port #TH834 kayak carrier sold by other retail outlets. This kayak carrier does fit Thule Aeroblade Edge racks.

The top bracket of the Inno Fairing part #INA262 is pretty thin so if you had a cargo box resting on top of it the angle of the front of it would not be adversely affected. So long story short this would not be an issue for a cargo box.
