Repair Kit for Roadmaster Falcon 2 so Telescoping Arms will Work

Question:
I purchased a falcon 2 all terrain tow from 522 in 2020 and am having issues with the arms sliding in and out. I have tried pressure washing multiple times—with the plugs removed, and it seems to be a little better. Lubricating with WD40 doesn’t seem to be the answer. Any ideas? Am I missing something? I try to keep the road grime off by wiping them before I retract them…

Hey Jeff, so it sounds like it's a good time to rebuild the arms of your Roadmaster Falcon 2. For that we have the repair kit part # RM-910003-60 which comes with everything needed to pull this off. It sounds like you did a good job keeping yours clean but eventually they do need to be rebuilt.
