I need an over the cab ladder rack and Tonneau Cover for my 2024 ram 2500 hd with a crew cab 64 bed w/o ram boxes. Is this my best choice for fit and water resistance

Hey Alex. The Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 311-CR4005 is a great choice for an over-cab ladder rack. The aluminum crossbars and supports are durable and rustproof. This rack also has a 1,200 lb capacity so it can handle anything you throw at it (or on it).
I see that you were also looking at the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover to go with it which is also a great choice. Technically no tonneau cover is "waterproof" but as far as water resistance goes, the Full-Metal JackRabbit is as good as it gets. It has silicone hinges between each panel which make for a tight seal along with the front and rear seals. It has an angled design which helps funnel water towards the drain tubes and keeps it out of the bed.
