Installation of Thule TracRac Sliding Ladder Rack Base Rail in GMC and Chevy Trucks

How those the tracrac sliding ladder rack rails mount to the rear state pockets on a 2016 gmc Sierra 1500.

The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH43002XT-780EX you asked about installs in the same way as the rack without the cantilever. There is a rubber block for the front and a metal bracket for the rear. We don't have the installation video on the GMC, but I've attached a video of a Ford to give you an idea. The rear will use a metal adapter block and I've attached the installation instructions in a photo to assist. The adapter block will attach through your bed rail and then will also attach inside the stake pocket to allow the sliding base rail to mount correctly.
