Your picture shows 2 complete assemblies, but it is stated nowhere in the description. Please confirm there are 2 bolts per one order of the Redline Trailer Cargo Control - 7163183UB. This is to bolt on a keel roller on my trailer for my 23 ft boat. Thank you
