Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2019 Toyota RAV4

I have a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid Limited - the AWD model. Curt Class III hitch bought from you. Previously, I used a hitch carrier and even under only 25 load perhaps 100 lbs, max, there was an unacceptable amount of tail sag. At best, I might have 5.5inch clearance. At one point, it looked closer to 3. The result was a fair bit of dragging even on lower-angle driveway entrances. Im looking for the *right* solution for towing a small trailer within the towing capacity of the car 1750 lbs max, i.e. with just about 10 tongue weight. I cant hybrid or AWD, so I cant tell whether these or suspension airbags or something else would be the best solution. Actual load will be between 1400 and 1700 lbs. There will be a few hundred lbs of cargo in the rear of the car plus two adults in front. I lean toward the air bags because I dont feel like the suspension is rough or saggy outside of towing - so being able to adjust the stiffness outside of towing is a plus. I just know I cant slap 175 lbs onto that hitch without risking bottoming out unless I add something to counter the sag.
