Hi! I got a TRUNX rooftop compartment and lost the keys. The number on the locks is 2860. I lost my key a long time ago and got one sent to me and I believe it was from you guys. Im hoping I can do this again! Thank you -Jillian Goodman

Last time I just got a new key and it was fine because I provided that number that was on the lock. Can I not do that?

@Jillian I double checked and we only sell these replacement keys with the replacement lock as well. I'm not sure if the keys you ordered before were discontinued, but these are our only keys for your box. I did check your order history and I only see the order for the box itself, no keys.

@BryceD sorry I didn’t mean to temple the same thing again! Just noticed this response. But yea I guess as long as the key works for that lock number then it should open my box. The. I’ll just have a lock for no reason haha but ok yea that works
