Updated 11/07/2025 | Published 03/29/2024

Question:

My furrion speaker changes zones on it own. Zone 3/4 always show as on and I don’t even have a zone 3/4. How to I fix this?

I didn't see any order number so I am not sure which Furrion RV Stereo you're having issues with. The only solutions I can offer without a specific model number are basic troubleshooting steps.

The Furrion RV Stereo item # DV1230BL you were looking at, has a Reset button on the face of the stereo. You will want to hold that down for a few seconds. If that doesn't get the zones to stop changing you will want to completely disconnect it from the power wire in the back for about 10 minutes, which would give the stereo enough time to do a hard reset. If this doesn't work then you will want to check all of your connections and make sure there are no bare wires touching anything they're not supposed to.

DV1230BL sounds like the perfect replacement for my jwm6a since I need the HDMI out. Unfortunately , I can't find how to order one at etrailer. Do you still carry this? Is there something else I might order

@Chris We no longer carry the Furrion RV Stereo DV1230BL. Our closest comparable option is going to be the Jensen Mechless RV Stereo item # JEN25RR.

@JerredH no cd player. The old unit I'm replacing works except for the cd player.... so no advantage to swapping to that... and it's the cd player my wife most wants. Thanks for the quick reply. Guess I'm just wanting old tech! Appreciate the quick response, though!

@Chris You're welcome! I totally get it! It's hard to let those old ways go. The Jensen RV Stereo w/ DVD Player item # JWM60A would be our only option to keep that CD/DVD function.
