I currently have the Q20 hitch in a 2020 F350 with the puck system. Can I swap out the head with the A20?

Hi there Scott, good question and the answer is 100% yes you can make that swap. The Curt Q20 and Curt A20 5th wheel hitches for the Ford puck system use the exact same legs so the heads are interchangeable. So all you need is the following:
