No, they do not. We haven't had any issues with the bolt heads and the welds interfering with each other on the Buyers Products Bolt-On 2" Hitch Receiver Tube - 20K item # 3371804055.
I have attached a picture below so you can see what this bolt on hitch looks like installed.
