Hey Allen, I really like the solid stainless steel lug nuts part # KALN1375S. These are never going to bulge or corrode like the other two piece lug nut options will so you'll never have any issues you'd have to blame on your lug nuts.

Your wheels have steel inserts where the lug nuts contact them so you wouldn't have to worry about issues from dissimilar metals.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
