Question:
I need to get a gooseneck ball for my 2021 F250. It came with the factory gooseneck hitch. I wil be pulling horse trailers. Bed is 69. Which do you recommend?

Hey Steven, since you have a short bed 2021 Ford F-250 with the OEM prep package the gooseneck ball solution I would go with is the Gen-Y part # GY43XR which has 5 inches of offset built into it to help with turning clearance. The further back the ball the better the turning clearance will be especially if your horse trailer has living quarters.
If instead the trailer is more like a stock trailer and has a very narrow nose then you wouldn't need the offset and instead I would recommend the B and W ball part # BWGNXA2061 which doesn't have the offset. This has a handle that is the release lever too so you don't have to get your hands dirty.
