Will this part GY43XR work with the factory puck system in the Ford trucks? I have a 2022 Ford F-250 with the shorter bed and need some extra turning clearance when pulling my cattle trailer.

Yes, it will! The 5" Offset Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # GY43XR is specially designed to work with the Ford factory puck system. It will push the connection point for the gooseball and your cattle trailer back 5" towards your tailgate. This adapter has a 25,000 lbs capacity.
