Hydrastar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness - 1,600 psi Item # HS381-9067 I am converting a surge drum brake system to electric disc brakes. Is this compatible with 2018 Ford F 150 xlt ? Is the kit above compatible with brakes below? Kodiak Disc Brakes - 12inch Hub/Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 - Dacromet/KodaGuard - 5.2K to 6K - E-Z Lube - KOD89FR

The compatibility of the Hydrastar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness # HS381-9067 is going to depend more on the trailer you're towing rather than the tow vehicle - but the short answer is yes, as long as your trailer has a single, tandem, or triple axle with disc brakes, this kit and your truck will mesh just fine.

Also, since this kit is designed for disc brakes, and the Kodiak # KOD89FR is a disc brake kit, the two will work great as well.

I ended up getting a disc surge brake system. I just upgraded hitch and lines for compatibility. It's for my boat trailer and it should be fine. Thanks for the information.
