Michael, it looks like your trailer has a GVWR of ~7,000 lbs which means it likely has 3.5K axles. So, since the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687 are designed to work with tandem axles that are rated from 3K to 6K, you'd be good to go.
