I have some good news for you Derek, the hub pilot of trailer wheels is not as important as on most vehicles since smaller trailer wheels like yours are going to be lug centric and not hub centric. So the Kenda Karrier ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire with 12" Black Mod Wheel # AM35354 you found will fit a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern hub with the larger 3.19" pilot hole. The wheel centers itself on the wheel studs with the tapered lug nuts rather than relying on the hub center to position the wheel on the hub.

I have the Loadrite "short hub" installed now. Will the tapered lugs fit that hub? It was a special order hub, so wanted to make sure. Thanks.
