What size light and grommet do I need for a hole that is 2.5 inch on atv trailer?

The grommets we carry jump from a 2-5/16" hole # A54GB to a 2-3/4" hole # MCL51CAK with the Grommet # A55GB for the Light # MC57AB you found requiring a 3" hole. You would want to reverify the diameter of your hole, enlarge the hole or look at a surface mounted light like the # MCL58AMFB which will cover the hole.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
