Based on the picture you sent, Thule helped us identify your system. You have a Thule Tracker II tower with a TK1 Fit Kit

To replace the parts of your system, you'll need to purchase either one of those, based on what is wrong with your kit. They come as single units, so you'll need to purchase each one individually.
