Switching from old incandescent lights to LEDs makes a huge difference. This light’s P2 rating gives it a defined 90-degree beam spread—45 degrees to each side of centerline—for clear visibility from straight on but not from the extreme side. That beam pattern makes it ideal as either a clearance light or a side marker light, depending on where you mount it. If you need both functions, just install two lights for full coverage.
The Optronics MCL0040ABB is made to handle regular use without cracking or fading. The amber polycarbonate lens and black ABS housing resist impact and weathering, making it a dependable choice for everyday towing or hauling in changing conditions. It’s not rated for submersion, but it stands up well against road spray and moisture thanks to its sealed construction and quality materials.

I will have to say this is a first! I have never seen these used in that way and it is the best thing I have seen all day! That is one of my favorite vehicles so I am glad they are working well and they look great.
