Hey Dirk,

I'd love to explain the difference, a spigot is essentially just the male fitting and hub is the female fitting. The spigot will slide into a hub fitting and can be glued in place with some abs cement # A05-0303.

The # T18 has a 3" Hub and 1-1/2" Hub

The # T18A has a 3" Spigot and 1-1/2" Hub

The # T18C has a 3" Hub and 1-1/2" Spigot

Each of these have a 90 degree angle for the gray tank connection to black tank connection so it's important to make sure this design lines up with how your pipes are ran. There are a few other alternatives to look at if this doesn't work. If I don't have to cut the pipes and can just reuse the current fittings that are glued in I'll usually just unbolt the fittings on the new waste valve and bolt it to the old fittings like in the attached video below. If you still have questions just let me know and I'd be happy to help.

Hey Dirk, how did things go with choosing between the T18, T18A, and T18C waste valves? Your feedback on how the spigot and hub fittings matched up could help others sorting out the same setup.
