Im looking to add shocks to my 5th wheel. I have a 2022 Jayco Eagle 29.5 BHOK. I believe it is prepped for shocks. I cant seem to find what once I need to purchase. Thank You

Hey Adam, it looks like you are on the right track here, because the Lippert Shock # LC283280 is in fact the correct shock for your 2022 Jayco Eagle 29.5 BHOK with the Jayco shock prep kit. Basically, it has the mounts that come with the # LC281281 shock kit so you will need four of the # LC283280 shocks for your tandem axle fifth wheel.

I have a 2023 Jayco 312BHOK that has the top shock mounts welded to the frame just above the axles and angled towards the spring mounts front and rear. There is less than one inch of gap between the end of the shock mounts and the tires which is less than the four inch clearance recommended by Lippert. Do you have any suggestions on this particular model?
