Hi. If the SRE4000 is more robust, why is the CRE3000 rated up to 8K axel but the 4000 only goes to 7k axels? Trying to figure out how to choose between them…… Thanks

The SRE4000 isn't more robust; definitely go with the CRE3000 which is the 8,000 lb rated MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 35" Wheelbase # MR27ZR.
For mounting, depending on your strap length you need MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers - 3-1/8" Long Shackle Straps # MR76ZR or 2-1/4" Long Shackle Straps # MR46ZR.
