Yes, we do have trailer hitch options for a 2003 Ford E350 Short Bus. That said, these require drilling and or welding. There are no bolt-on options for this application. I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41991-16. This hitch is adjustable and can be either bolted or welded to the frame. It provides a 1,600 lb tongue weight and 16,000 lb towing capacity suited for use with towing or hitch mounted accessories.
