Hey Paul, I checked with Roadmaster and there are indeed base plates for the 2024 Ford Escape Hybrids. Depending on what you have, here are the fits:
- 2024 Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid & Hybrid Platinum: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM77GR
- 2024 Ford Escape Hybrid ST-Line: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM59GR
This will get you set up with base plates for your '24 Escape, and is the start of what you'll need to flat tow. I'll go ahead and list out the rest of the parts for you as well.
- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152
- Supplemental Braking System: Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251
- Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25
- Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400
The only other thing I recommend is considering a guard to protect your Escape from rocks and other debris hitting it while you are flat towing. For that, you'll need the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4750.

Hello Kyle, We just purchased the 2024 Ford Escape Hybrid Plug-In (PHEV). I went to visit your website and i noticed in the description for the RM77GR base plate it mentions "excluding plug in hybrid". Your previous email indicated the RM77GR will work for the "plug in" hybrid. Please confirm before we order and if it doesn't fit let us know why and what alternative base plate will work.
