I have a 2023 GMC 2500HD with factory gooseneck hitch. I was looking at the following items but want to make sure this is the best option for my truck before ordering. Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle Item # AL88341 Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount - AL25980EZ I tow a gooseneck trailer with up to 11k weight on occasion and a 10k bumper pull rv on occasion.

You got it Josh. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88341 are going to fit your 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD with the factory gooseneck hitch. These are also the bags I typically recommend as the internal jounce bumpers help to reduce bouncing other systems typically experience when loaded.

While the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980EZ is a great option I recommend stepping up to the WirelessAir # AL74000EZ with its smart manifold. This is a great option as it will monitor the air pressure for you while you drive and automatically adjusts should the air pressure change by more than 3psi. This is especially helpful when you do not tow any loads for an extended period of time to protect the air springs.
