Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs # AL88341 will fit with the factory in bed prep/puck system on your 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. These springs include an internal jounce bumper which will help to protect the air spring and reduce road shock and bounce while towing.
I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ to control the air pressure in the springs. This will allow you to wirelessly change the air pressure from your smartphone using the Air Lift app. This means no lines to run into the cab or remotes to lose or break. The smart manifold monitors the air pressure in each spring and will make adjustments if the pressure changes by more than 3psi from your settings. This allows you to concentrate on the road ahead and not constantly be checking a gauge.
