Question:
Is it safe to move a camper trailer with a dolly tied to the camper by cords or chains and the dolly attached to a car to provide the power?

Hello Williamson, that is an interesting question. The Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly with Chain Drive # TVXL2 is intended to be operated with the hand crank. This is the only safe way to operate this dolly, and I cannot recommend using it the way you described. If you want to use the vehicle to move the trailer it would be safer to just tow it like normal.
