will this rail kit work for the Kurt Spider goose neck and And will the rails mount to the factory prep package on a 2013 F-350

The Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16085 will fit your 2013 Ford F-350, and while it will work with the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kit # C16200 you referenced, that rail kit isn't designed for your truck - especially with the puck system installed.

For your application you'll need to use the Curt Adapter Rails # C88KR which fit into the factory puck system and give you the universal base rail connection you're needing.

Are there any cheaper rail kits that will work with the factory prep kit and the spider???

@John The Curt rail adapter kit I referenced is the cheapest option available that accomplishes what you're needing. One of the benefits of the Curt adapter rails is they can be adjusted to fit the Ford puck system as well as GM and Ram pucks. So you'll be "future-proofing" with this purchase and it also gives you a wider market to sell the adapter in the future if the need ever arises.
