Question:

The Torklift TLA7836 has 2 removeable pins that secure the steps to the black bracket. The pins are approx. 1 1/4 x 1/4. Are those pins available for sale?

Hey Glenn, we do have a potential option for a replacement pin. The pins that come with the TorkLift GlowStep # TLA7836 are not available individually, so I am afraid we cannot offer a direct replacement. What we do have is the Pin Lock for TorkLift GlowStep Scissor Steps # TLA7509, which can be used to replace the pins that hold the step to the bracket (see picture below).

The # LP14 that you were looking at appears to be the right size pin. The problem is there is no clip on the other end so there would be nothing to stop the pin from backing out. If not for that it would likely work fine as a replacement. Since no direct replacement is available though, the pin lock # TLA7509 will be our best option. Plus, you get the added security of the lock.
