The Replacement Rail Clamps for Pace Edwards Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # PE84UV you're looking at are meant to replace the clamps on the Pace Edwards Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-BLC0303 so it won't work for the JackRabbit.
We do have the Replacement Rail Clamps for Pace Edwards Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # PE54CV which will work with the JackRabbit, but they are going to be cover specific so I'd need to know what vehicle you have to confirm.
