Question:

Folks, I have a new October 2023 Tiffin Phaeton motor home that I need to tow my new 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid. I need everything to accomplish this but Im not familiar with what is needed. I guess I need a base plate assembly, tow bars, breaking system, etc. What would you suggest?

Here are the parts I recommend using:

- High-Low Adapter (see attached article - base plate height is 15")

I really like the Roadmaster Direct-Connect base plate kit and Nighthawk combination because it's really easy to connect and the tow bar has LED lights so it's clear to others on the road that you're flat towing at night. Your battery will drain while towing so the charge line kit ensures your Maverick won't be dead by the time you reach your destination.

The Air Force is the absolute best brake system to use with the air brakes on your 2023 Tiffin Phaeton because it installs once and remains on your vehicle, but it will be out of the way when you're driving around so you won't even notice it's there.
