Question:

I am looking to replace or repair my 2015 Coachman Clipper 105ST popup winch. I do not see a replacement that looks like my winch. Id send a photo but do not see an option to do that. Thank you.

Hey Bret thanks for the pictures. We do have a potential solution for you, but unfortunately there is no repair kit that we can offer you, nor is there a direct replacement for this winch. For the most part it appears to be a fairly standard 2,000 lb rated hand winch. The handle and handle extension are not something that we commonly see on these hand winches. It almost looks like the handle extension was fabricated to fit this setup possibly. It is hard to say for sure, but what I can tell you is that we do not offer any winches with an extended handle like we see if your picture.

Our best option is to replace the winch entirely with something like the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL15721. Due to the position of the winch on the A-frame you would not be able to use the crank handle. There are no handle extensions for these winches so you would have to use the Drill Drive Socket Adapter # DL6456 which will allow you to operate the winch with a cordless drill. You could also potentially use a Ratcheting Handle # DL70347, but if you have a cordless drill you can use, that will definitely be easier.
